Notes on using GO Pay

Even if your credit card information is registered with the Service, your credit card may not be accepted in the following cases

  1. (1) When the credit card company refuses to accept the credit card payment due to expiration of the credit card expiration date, over the credit limit, or other reasons
  2. (2) When credit card payment cannot be made properly due to communication or other problems.
  3. (3) When the taxi company does not support your registered credit card brand.

If credit card payment is not available, GO Users will be asked to pay in cash or other means prescribed by the taxi company. Please understand this in advance.

Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

GO Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") falls under the category of a travel agency as stipulated in Article 6-4, Paragraph 1 of the Travel Agency Law, and is therefore not subject to regulations regarding advertising under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Article 26, Paragraph 1, Item 8 (ハ) of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions).
