Service Areas

Available in the following areas in Abuta-gun, Hokkaido

  • Kutchan-cho
  • Niseko-cho
  • Part of Kombu area in Rankoshi-cho

*Long distance rides are not allowed from Niseko area. (ex. for Sapporo, New Chitose Airport)
*There are some locations within the service area that cannot be set as pickup points and destinations. (ex. dangerous steep hills, etc.)
*Areas shaded in red are locations where pickup and drop off is not available.

Location Permission

Location information is required to use the app.
Allow location permission on your device.

Additional Charge

In addition to the normal fare, Remote area service fee (¥500-800) and GO App charge (¥100) will be charged per ride.
*The price of the Remote area service fee may change seasonally.
*Remote area service fee has been started from August 7, 2024 at 14:00. Before that, GO App charge (¥600-900) will be charged per ride.

Passengers / Car Type

The number of passengers and car type cannot be specified.
If traveling with lots of luggage, a single vehicle may not be able to accommodate your entire group.

Reservations

Reservation feature is not available in this area.
Only immediate dispatches are possible.

Payment Method

Limited to GO Pay (cashless payments). Please register your credit card in advance.

Destination Settings

Destination must be set in advance when requesting a taxi.

Riding Outside of the Service Area

Riding outside of the service area is not allowed.(ex. for Sapporo, New Chitose Airport)

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee will be charged in the following cases.

  • When the user cancels a dispatched taxi after more than 3 minutes have passed since confirming the dispatch.
  • When the taxi driver cancels the dispatch due to the user not being located for more than 5 minutes after the taxi has arrived at the designated pickup location.
