いつも『GO』をご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
車内での決済方法の多様化に伴い、現金決済の維持を含むシステム対応コストおよびオペレーションコストが増加しており、2026年3月16日(月)より、名古屋・京都エリアの一部にて、『GO』アプリで配車依頼時に車内決済を選択された場合は、新たに取扱手数料100円をいただきます。
なお、『GO』アプリで配車依頼時に、「GO Pay」でのお支払いを選択された場合は取扱手数料はかかりません。

GO Payの登録・支払いについて

当社はタクシー事業者様と共に、お客様の利便性向上および乗務員の業務改善のためのサービス設計やシステム開発を強化いたします。何卒ご理解賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。

※ご利用中のアプリが旧バージョンの場合には、取扱手数料がアプリ内で正しく表示されない場合がございます。最新バージョンへの更新を行ってください。
※タクシー車両の車載機器の更新タイミングによって取扱手数料が加算されない場合がございます

取扱手数料対象エリア

■ 名古屋エリア ：名古屋市、瀬戸市、津島市、尾張旭市、豊明市、日進市、愛西市、清須市、北名古屋市、弥富市、あま市、長久手市、愛知郡、西春日井郡、海部郡
■ 京都エリア ：京都市、向日市、長岡京市、宇治市、八幡市、城陽市、京田辺市、木津川市、乙訓郡、久世郡、綴喜郡、相楽郡

In part of the Nagoya and Kyoto areas｜Notice to customers using in-car payment when requesting a ride

Thank you for using GO.
Due to the diversification of in-car payment methods, system support and operating costs, including those for maintaining cash payments, have increased. Therefore, from Monday, March 16, 2026, a handling charge of 100 yen will be applied when requesting a ride with in-car payment via GO App in part of the Nagoya and part of Kyoto areas.
There will be no handling charge if you select “GO Pay” as your payment method when requesting a ride via GO app.

How to register GO Pay and make payments

GO and the affiliated taxi companies are committed to enhance service design and system development, aiming to improve both customer convenience and driver working conditions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

*If you are using an older version of the app, the handling charge may not be displayed correctly in the app. Please update to the latest version.
*Please note that the handling fee may not be applied, depending on when the taxi's onboard equipment is updated.

■ Kyoto Area: Kyoto City, Muko City, Nagaokakyo City, Uji City, Yawata City, Joyo City, Kyotanabe City, Kizugawa City, Otokuni District, Kuse District, Tsuzuki District, Soraku District
