『GO』では、お客様の移動ニーズに最大限お応えするため、効率的な車両マッチングの実現に日々取り組んでおります。
お客様の移動体験向上を目指し、今後も持続可能なサービスをご提供するため、2025年11月4日(火)より、東京23区・武蔵野市・三鷹市において「ピークチャージ」「オフピーク割」を新たに設定させていただくこととなりました。※1

「ピークチャージ」（30〜100円※2）を需要が集中する時間帯および場所で適用し、瞬間的な需要ピークへのインフラコストや迎車距離の増大に伴う人件費・燃料費などの増加に充てます。
一方、閑散時間帯や場所では「オフピーク割」（30〜100円※2の割引）を適用します。
いずれも配車依頼前に料金詳細画面にてチャージ率および割引率を確認することができます。

当社では社会的移動インフラとして、タクシー事業者様と共にお客様の利便性向上および乗務員の業務改善のためのサービス設計やシステム開発を強化いたします。何卒ご理解賜りますよう、お願い申し上げます。

Notice Regarding Ride Requests During Peak and Off-Peak Times in the Tokyo Area

At GO, we are committed to providing the best possible ride experience by continuously working to improve our matching process.

With the aim of improving the customers' mobility experience and continuing to provide sustainable services, we will be introducing a "Peak Charge" and "Off-peak Discount" in Tokyo's 23 wards, Musashino City, and Mitaka City starting Tuesday, November 4, 2025. ※1

Peak Charge (¥30–¥1002) will apply in high-demand times and locations. This charge will help us cover increased operational costs, such as infrastructure, labor, and fuel expenses, that come with peak-demand periods and longer pickup distances. Conversely, an Off-peak Discount (a discount of ¥30–¥1002) will be applied during off-peak times and at locations with low demand.

GO and the affiliated taxi companies are committed to enhance service design and system development, aiming to improve both customer convenience and driver working conditions. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
