How to ride with
GO PREMIUM
Open the 「GO」app.
and proceed to request
Set the pickup location and destination, then tap “Next”.
Request “GO PREMIUM”
Select “GO PREMIUM” and confirm the settings.
Then tap
“Request GO PREMIUM”
Ride 「GO PREMIUM」
When you’ve been matched, you’ll see your vehicle details and
can track their arrival on the map.
You will receive a
notification when the vehicle arrives.
Confirm your vehicle
by announcing your confirmation number, as displayed in the app,
to your driver.
Lastly, get in and enjoy your ride.

Service Outline
- Request method：Only immediate requests via GO App and GO BUSINESS.
- Service areas for ride：You can ride in Tokyo’s Chiyoda Ward, Chuo Ward, Minato Ward, Shinjuku Ward, Bunkyo Ward, Meguro Ward, Shibuya Ward, Taito Ward, Sumida Ward, Koto Ward, Shinagawa Ward, Ota Ward, Setagaya Ward, Nakano Ward, Toshima Ward, and Suginami Ward. (Excluding some areas of Taito Ward, Sumida Ward, Koto Ward, Shinagawa Ward, Ota Ward, Setagaya Ward, Nakano Ward, Toshima Ward, and and Suginami Ward)
- Fee plan：Normal fare + GO PREMIUM charge will be charged per ride. In case of using the highway, tolls will be added.
- GO PREMIUM charge：Up to 50% of the normal fare will be charged as a GO PREMIUM charge. A minimum charge of at least JPY 500 (including tax) is set for the GO PREMIUM charge. If the calculated amount is less than JPY 500, the minimum charge will be applied as the GO PREMIUM charge. GO PREMIUM charge and its minimum amount may vary depending on the area and supply/demand conditions at the time. Please check the ”Fee details" screen in the app at the time of requesting your ride.
