Tap the GO Pay button on the tablet inside the car.

Open the app and hold your smartphone close

Just by holding your smartphone close to the tablet, you can complete the payment procedure quickly.

* Depending on the device, a 2D barcode may be displayed. In that case, select GO Pay from the bottom tab of the TOP screen in GO App and scan the code.

Allow usage

A notification will appear when you hold it close to the tablet, so tap GO Pay on the bottom tab. Complete the payment procedure by following the on-screen instructions.

Once you reach the drop-off location, just step out and the payment is done

FAQ

Can I use a GO coupon when paying?
Yes. It is available by setting the payment method to GO Pay and selecting the coupon you wish to use.
Can I get a receipt inside the car when using GO Pay?
When using GO Pay, you can issue a receipt in PDF format from the app. We cannot issue a receipt inside the car as it would constitute double issuance from a compliance perspective.
I cannot connect even when I hold my smartphone close to the tablet.
If you cannot connect properly, please scan the QR code that appears after a certain period of time. Please note that some vehicles may only support QR code scanning, so please follow the instructions on the screen.
Which vehicles can I use this in?
It is available in vehicles that support GO requests and are equipped with the dedicated rear seat tablet. Please note that it may not be available due to the connection environment or other reasons.
Can I combine GO Pay with other payment methods?
No. GO Pay only supports full payment. If payment cannot be made due to insufficient balance on the registered credit card, please pay with cash or other methods inside the car.
